• Cloudflare: For hosting web apps, CDN distribution, R2 asset storage, and Cloudflare Stream video transcoding.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): For scalable secure database instances and compute pipelines.
• Nebius AI: For specialized GPU compute clusters used in training and rendering AI models.
• ElevenLabs & Third-Party LLM APIs: For executing voice synthesis and text generation tasks. We ensure that our API partners do not use your proprietary data to train their models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account details and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your uploaded files or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all associated raw uploads, generated assets, and account records will be permanently purged from our storage arrays within 30 days.
